Simply open the bag, fill it with air, close it with the roll closure and press the air into the mat. This is easy on your lungs and saves you the effort of inflating. It also has the great advantage that no moist air gets into the mat. This prevents moisture and mold from forming inside the sleeping mat. Two to three fillings are usually enough to inflate a mat.
